Scrutiny of credit application along with other applicable documents
Client meeting and site visit to understand the business model,cash flows & re-payment capacity.
Adhering to the credit policy guidelines of the company.
Preparation of CAM / proposal note.
Recommending for sanction / rejection credit applications with proper justification based upon field visit & observations.
To ensure TAT timelines.
Ability to detect incorrect information / fradulent aspects in the lending process.
Ensuring control over delays , defaults in repayments by way of timely follow up to maintain quality of portfolio under management.
Analysing delinquent accounts and preparing reports on highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution.
Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Officer & other team members to drive deals for successful closure.
Credit Analytical Skills
Ability to judge business model,cash flow & credit worthiness of the prospective clients.
Experience in appraisal of different types of borrowers for secured/unsecured credit limits.
Flair for underwriting and credit analysis.
Optimistic , decent personality , fair communication.
