Admission Criteria
Eligibility & Selection
- Graduates (10+2+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government/recognised international universities) in any discipline, with a minimum of one year of work experience after graduation. Diplomas are not accepted.
- Selections will be based on a detailed candidate profile, including academic record, current designation, salary, roles and responsibilities, and overall job description—presented in the candidate’s own words.
- Applicants must also submit a written statement outlining their “Expectations from the programme.” Applications without this write-up will not be considered.

About IIM Visakhapatnam
The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) is part of the prestigious IIM family of business schools in India. A new-generation IIM, it was established by the Government of India in September 2015. Participants gain a certificate from IIM Visakhapatnam, executive alumni status, access to industry-relevant tools like Lean Six Sigma and predictive analytics, and exposure to simulations and capstone projects under expert faculty guidance.
Participants who meet the evaluation criteria (minimum 50% overall score and 70% attendance) will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Completion’ by IIM Visakhapatnam. Others who meet only the attendance requirement will receive a ‘Participation Certificate’.
