Programme Overview
The Executive Development Programme In Digital HR Transformation & AI-Driven HR Analytics from XLRI addresses the explosion of innovative practices around leveraging digital technologies that align to new ways of working in a hybrid workplace, superior data-driven people analytics, and how organizational psychologists and practitioners can harness the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to help in the transformation of the workplace. For today’s organizational psychologists & HR professionals to successfully work with their partners, they must go beyond behavioural science into the realms of computing and business acumen. Today’s HR professionals need to appreciate the unique aspects of behavioural data and the special circumstances that surround HR data and HR systems. Finally, traditional HR professionals must become familiar with research methods, statistics, and data systems to collaborate with these new specialized partners and teams. Despite the increasing importance of this diversity of skills, many organizations are still underprepared to build teams with the comprehensive skills necessary to have high-performing Digital HR and Analytics functions. And importantly, all these considerations are magnified by the introduction and acceleration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications in HR.

Eligibility Criteria
- For Indian Participants – Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.
- For International Participants – Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.
- HR professionals with a minimum of 4+ years of related work experience.
Screening and Selection
- Selections will be based on an assessment of the participant’s academic background and profile.
Executive Education Alumni Status Fee- XLRI
- Alumni Registration Fee – INR 20,000/- + GST.
- The registration link will be shared only with the candidates who successfully complete the programme.
