Programme Overview

HR leaders and organizational psychologists can no longer rely solely on traditional behavioural science; they must harness analytics, AI, and strategic insight to drive meaningful workplace transformation.
This programme equips professionals to navigate Digital HR Transformation, connecting processes, domains, and methodologies for sustained adoption. Participants will master HR Analytics, from research and statistical analysis to interpretation, visualisation, and storytelling, and apply AI and Machine Learning through practical use cases and implementation strategies. They will design next-generation HR systems aligned with organisational strategy, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform talent management, policy, and strategic decision-making.
By programme’s end, participants will lead high-impact HR initiatives, shape the future of work, and transform HR into a strategic function—leveraging data, technology, and innovation to create workplaces that are smarter, more responsive, and future-ready.
Admission Criteria

Eligibility Criteria
- For Indian Participants – Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.
- For International Participants – Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.
- HR professionals with a minimum of 4+ years of related work experience.
Screening and Selection
- Selections will be based on an assessment of the participant’s academic background and profile.
Executive Education Alumni Status Fee – XLRI
- Alumni Registration Fee – INR 20,000/- + GST.
